We have two lovely condos in Baan Sathorn Chaophraya

Originally we had one Condo which we rented when we weren’t in Bangkok. Due to the location we found people often rented the apartment for a number of years which meant we couldn’t use it ourselves when we came to Thailand.
So, In 2022 we purchased another Condo exactly two floors below our original one on the 21st floor so that we had a base in Bangkok when we travelled to Thailand. After extensive refurbishment it was completed in November 2022.
The idea was that we would only allow short term rental in excess of one Month. This is something that isn’t common in Thailand with most people insisting on at least a years rental which we know won’t suit everyone. Rentals of less than one month are usually illegal in Thailand.
The layouts of both Condos are identical albeit the internal decoration is slightly different.
